Staying mentally active through reading, hobbies, exercise, and social activities can help support brain health. Vision, hearing, skin, and dental health may also decline over time, making regular checkups and proper self-care essential.

Although aging brings many changes, healthy lifestyle choices can improve quality of life and help seniors remain active and independent. By staying physically active, eating nutritious foods, and maintaining social connections, older adults can continue enjoying meaningful and fulfilling lives.
